We are a service company to the health providers at our practice. In addition to being specialist GPs (Fellows of the Australian College of GPs or Fellows of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine), all of the doctors offer a special interest or have skills in a different area of Primary Care, including Antenatal and Women’s Health, Palliative care, Musculoskeletal Care, Geriatric Care, Mental Health, Skin Cancer detection and Management and more.

Dr. Kamila Nizam

  • Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners – 2014.
  • AMC Certificate, Australian Medical Council, Australia – 2013.
  • Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery, University of the Punjab – Rawalpindi, Pakistan – 1998.

Dr Nizam has over 18 years of extensive medical experience in Sri Lanka and Australia in hospital and clinical settings.

Dr Nazam has a strong focus on listening to and addressing patient concerns and her special interests include:

Dr Ishani Wijegunawardena

Dr. Ishani is a highly skilled, experienced medical practitioner, with over 20 years of medical and surgical experience. She holds:

  • A Fellowship in General Practice with Royal Australian College of General Practitioners
  • Skin Cancer College Australasia – Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine – 2019.
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) – Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia – 1996 to 2003.

Dr. Ishani has over 20 years of experience in medicine including:

  • Working as a rural GP in Victoria for the past 8 years in Sunbury and Lancefeild
  • Working in hospital departments of Gynaecology, Surgery, Paediatrics and Community / Family medicine in Sri Lanka and KL Malaysia.

Dr. Ishani has special interests in General Medicine including:

  • Family Medicine
  • Women’s Health
  • Implanon, IUCD insertion and removal
  • Weight management
  • Paediatrics
  • Dermatology including Skin Cancer Detection and Removal

When she is not working Dr Ishani enjoys sports, performing arts, contemporary dance, travelling and spending time with her young family.

Dr. Parisa Guity

Dr. James Jia

Marie Huynh

Accredited Practising Dietitian

  • Bachelor and Honours degree in Food Science and Nutrition
  • Master of Dietetics from Deakin University.

Marie has:

  • Over 10 years of experience across private practice, hospitals, and aged care settings.

Brooke graduated with a Bachelor of Podiatry from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in Brisbane.
